• To begin the application process, a form needs to be filled by the applicant under the guidance of our visa experts
• Post the submission of the application, an appointment will be scheduled with the consulate based on availability
• On the day of the appointment, the applicant has to carry all the original documents for submission and for the biometrics
• Post the visa approval by the consulate, it takes a minimum processing time of 3 working days

• Original Passport of the applicant valid for a minimum of six months from the date of return with two blank pages
• Old passports, if any
• Cover letter on company letterhead mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of visit. The letter should be signed by an authorized signatory with a company stamp and addressed to – The Consulate General of the United States of America, Mumbai

The applicant’s sponsor needs to furnish the following documents:

• Sponsorship letter stating the declaration of support
• Financial documents of the sponsor
• Proof of residency – Green card or a valid visa of the inviter from USA
